Pug time!

Here comes Annie, bursting through the block. She lives in Corvallis with an incredible family I dearly love. Four in all: Bruce works with my husband Dave, Ella is a phenomenal mosaic artist (Sacred Shard Mosaics) plus good friend, and the girls are just the best (artists, athletes…. you name it!! They graciously share Annie’s home, because you know who rules the roost!

I must admit starting in on a short haired dog kind of scared me. However, Annie has great wrinkles that express so much emotion. And those eyes, holy cow! In the photo she is wearing a fabulous multicolored scarf. Hum, maybe I’ll have to do a little chine colle for color. We shall see! Annie’s block measures 7″x 7″.

Rogue will be slipping in soon. I just need to get back into printing mode again before finishing his block. I’ve had enough mistakes.
