So back on Sunday, we bottled up Dave’s Wicked Blackberry Witt (or is it Wit?) . Color and taste are good, but on the tart side. Not overly hoppy. Just hoping it carbonates this time around! Will probably be ready for my birthday in November, but I’m inclined to be consuming tequila for that event. Maybe there is one that’s been aged for 40 yrs.
