The biggest fundraiser for the Jensen Arctic Museum is fast approaching and it’s certainly causing ripples in our household. Why would it be causing interest? The biggest reason is that Dave was elected president of the museum board several months back and the museum needs to migrate to a new location. Paper Screen Project
Here is the paper screen/ shoji screen project I learned during Helen Hiebert’s “Paper in 3D” class at Sitka. Each panel is 6″ wide by 12″ tall and created using balsa wood. Kauai: ferns
Ferns are a certain sign of spring in our home climate. I’ve been watching bracken ferns slowly opening along the trails in Mac Forrest. On the Kauai trip there were oodles of ferns of all sizes opening new fronds. Here are some of the images taken primarily in the Koke’e State Park.
